Before Mr. R. E. 'Lindsell at the Central Police Court, yesterday afternoon Mr. Soo Shiu-keo, a member of a well-known local Chinese family was charged with being in possession of two rounds of ammunition and with obstruct ing Chinese Revenue, Officer in the execution of his duty.
Mr. M. K. Lo appeared for the defence. Mr. B. C. K. Hawkins, of the Imports and Exports Office, watched the case in view of au allegation made by the defendant. In evidence, C. R.. O. Lau Kiu sald that at 3 p.m. on the 16th in-

EUROPEAN ORDERED TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY. Jharas, Bihar Orissa, Dec, 19. The Bengal Government recently ordered Mr. John W. Johnston, representative of the League of Anti-Imperialiam at the All-Indin Trade Union Congress, to leave India immediately.
