Shameen, Oct. 9. The annual sports meeting of the West River Patrol, held in

Towards the end. of last season, however, he had the misfortune to break his leg. thus bringing an end to a longs. career of football. Friday's pro- sentation is in the nature of a parting gift, though Mr. Pasco is not savering his acquaintance with the club.

The presentation will take place at 6 p.m. and it is hoped that many members will attend.
