THE GRAND TATTOO CONCLUDES.

HUGE CROWDS GATHER ON FINAL NIGHT.

BRILLIANT SUCCESS.

The third and final night of the Tattoo on Saturday drew an Immense crowd which exceeded even the additional number of tickets issued, large as it was, and left the officials somewhat bewildered as to how to appease the remainder who besleged the gaten of the ground from an early hour, vainly clamouring for ad- mission, When the Tattoo opened promptly on the stroke of time, every seat was taken up by an audience whose number must have broken all records for a night show estimated in Hongkong. London, Oct. 7. H.R.H. the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Gloucester made their last public appearance at Nairobi yesterday, when they again accepted mounts in mees at the Nairobi Jockey Club'a October Race Meeting. In one race they rode as rivals.

To-morrow, tho Duko Gloucester leaves on his hunting trip under the guidance of Cap- tain Brook, his equerry, and Mr. William Waller, the well-known local hunter. The trip will last nearly two months and will cover the best country of Tanganyika and Eastern Rhodesia, where llons, buffaloes and elephants are plentiful.
