AND MR JACKMAN. His Excellency the Officer Ad: ministering the Government (the Hon. Mr. W. T. Southorn, C.BLG.) presided over a meeting of the Legislative Council held in the Sanitary Board Room, Post Ofes Building, yesterday afternoon, as which the Budget was considered and approved.
