A direct service to Yunnan Province has been opened 20th April, 1928. The Inclusive charge will be 60 cents per word, no charge will be collected from the addressed in Yunnan.
Commencing 12th June the radio telegraphic rate botween Hong Kong and Canton is reduced to 20 cents (Hongkong currency) por word. No charges will be payable by addressees at either end.
