A direct service to Yunnan Province was opened 20th April, 1928. The inclusive charge will be 60 cents per word; no charge whil ba collected from the addressee in Yunnan. The service is, however, liable to Interruption owing to atmosphere disturbances and messages are accepted at sender's risk.
