Viceroy Shum of Canton WAS authorised to raise a foreign loan of ten million tacls for the pur- pose of carrying out various ad- ministrative reforms.

Known in India, where he worked for 40 years, as "Robin- Rou of Salem," the Rov. W. Robin- aon, of the London Missionary Society, has died at Scarborough, aged 76.

2-You can change only one letler at a time.

3-You must have a complete word, of common usage, for each jump. Slang words and abbrevia Hons don't count.

4-The grder of letters cannot be, changed.
