It

is notified for information that the via Wiralens rato to EUROPE has boon reduced to $1.06 per word. The rate to the Dutch East Indies has been reduced from $1.50 to 90 cents per word as from April 25th, 1928.

Telographic Addresses-Persons and Arms having correspondents in tho places named above should in order to avoid delay to telegrams received by radio register their telegraphic address immediately.

service to Yunnan Province was opened 20th April, The inclusive charge will be 60 cents per word; no charge will be

· 1928. collected from the addresses in Yonnan. The service is, however, Hlable to interruption owing to atmospheric disturbances and messages are accepted at sender's risk.

Commencing 12th June the radiotelegraphic rate between Hongkong and Canton is reduced to 20 cents (Hongkong currency) par word. No charges will be payable by addresses at either end.
