B. Messages must be written in plain English or plain Spanish., Goat addresses may be used. Groups of figures, trade marks, trade terms and trade expressions must be expanded by qualifying words so that messages will offer an intelligible sense to ANYONE read... ing them.

RADIO TELEGRAPH SERVICES are now in operation as follows:-- Shipa at Sen, Europe, American Continonis, Hawaiian Islands, Dutch East Indies, Dutch Borneo, Philippine Islands, French Indo-China, Province of Yunnan, British North Borneo, Slam, Canton, Swatow, Kwongchowan Fort Bayard, Tchekam, Hoihow, Amoy and Foochaw, etc.

It is notified for information that the via Wireless rate to EUROPE has been reduced to $1.65 per word. The rate to the Dutch East Indies has been reduced from $1.00 to 00 cents per word as from April 25th, 1928.

Rates and further particulars on application to the RADIO COUN TEN, 1st Floor, Government Building.

Telegraphic Addresses-Persone and firms having correspondents in the places named above should in order to avoid delay to telegrams received by radio register their telegraphic address immediately.

A direct service to Yunnan Provinco was opened 20th April, The inclusive charge will be 60 cents per word; no charge will be 1928. collected from the addresses in Yunnan. The service is, however, liable to interruption owing to atmospheric disturbances and messages are accepted at sender's risk,
