"Femina's" letter in yesterday's Telegraph, objecting to dogs, smoking and the wearing of shorts on the Peak trams, has called forth a number of spirited replies from our readers. Most of the corres-do think, bones and hair and naked pondents treat the subject in lighter vein, whilst one has some amus- ing counter-objections to the dress and conduct of some lady users of the tramway.

Below we give some of the replies which have, been forwarded to us for publication:
