A message from Scochow states that on Thursday the Chief Con- stable of the 3rd Division of the Marine Public Safety Bureau directed four corps of constables, aboard 47 sampana, in an attack on the pirates' lair before the Shek Yen Temple in the Tsingpu Dis- |trict.
