Chief Detective Inspector Mur- phy represented the police and told his Worship that the Attorney General would probably appear next week in connexion with the
case.
His Worship fixed Thursday and Friday next week for the hearing of the proceedings.
Mr. Lo made an application to his Worship for an order to release $535 found on the fugitive at the time of his arrest. His Worship, after consulting the Chief Detective Inspector, decided to defer the mak- Ing of such order until the case came up for hearing again.
