At yesterday's meeting of the Sanitary Beard, the Head of the Sanitary Department, in reply to questions put by Dr. Koch, Indi- ented that the matter of lectures and instructions on the provalence and provention of malaria was under consideration by the Prin cipal: Civil Modical Officer,
