The memorial service for Lord Oxford and Asquith, which was held in 'Wostminster Abbey on February 21, was attended by the Duke of York, representing the King, Sir Lionel Halsey, re- prosenting the Prince of Walon, members of the Cabinet, leaders of all political parties, and many foreign diplomatists.
