Mr. Lindsell said he would like Mr. Miller to bring his jury sum meas along at half past nine this marning.

Mr. Miller replied; that he was leaving for Canton that night and would be away this morning.

Mr. Lindsell then requested Mr. Miller to bring it along at a quar-
