At the conclusion of the display, Colonel Bostock congratulated the Brigade on the good work shown throughout. He mentioned the va luable services" given by Mr. Ho Kom-tong and Mr. E. Ralphs to the Brigada. The work of the newcomers was excellent, while that of the older members was magnificent. He spoke of the reasons for which the organization came into being, and offered some useful griticism and guidance.
The results of the competitions will be announced later.
