GOVERNOR'S GOOD WISHES.

Further evidence of the spirit of enterprise which pervades Macae, and, incidentally, of happy co-operation between the Portu guase Colony and Hongkong, was forthcoming yesterday, when the Hotel Riviera was opened. The occasion was marked by the pre- sence of many well-known Hong- kong and Macao residents, all of whom were loud in their praises of the new venture.
