Senator Quezon. and Osmena are both running for re-lection, their term expiring in June, 1928. This accounts for the fact that both are anxious to be here early as possible. Although it is generally admitted both leaders will have no difficulty in getting re-elected in their respective dia tricts they are taking no chance, it ia stated. Mr Quezon, before leaving the Philippines, already had done a lot of campaigning for his 1928 candidacy,
