There was one case of armed robbery, and one robbery with violence, reported to the police over the week-end.

In the former case, Li Koon sing, a shopkeeper of Aberdeen, the owner of the Li Hin Brass shop, was visited at 7 p.m. on Saturday by three men armed with

knives.

At the time, the shopkeeper was lying in bed and apparently the robbers did not see him on their entry. All the inmates of shop were tied up, except the owner. who managed to slip through the back door and raise - the alarm.
