Tho "Hongkong Telegraph" offers a prize of $50 to the ronders who send in twelve correct fore- ensts of the results of the English and Scottish Football League matches (to be played on Saturday next, October 22nd) set out in the Coupon below. No goal scores are required; only forecasts show- ing wins or draws.
In the event of no render fore- casting all twelve matches, a prize of $25 will be given to the reader who sends in the greatest number of correct forecasts; and in the cvont of two or more readers send- ing in an equal high number, the. prize of $25 will be divided.
The competition is in accord- ance with the rules published in the Telegraph during the weeks August 29-September 24.

INTERPORT CRICKET.
THE MALAYAN TEAM' FOR HONGKONG.
Cricket followers will be inter- ested to hear, says last Tuesday's Straits Times, that the invitation to send a Malayan, cricket team to Hongkong-next month has been definitely accepted. Shanghai will send a team at the same time, and the usual triangular tourna ment will be arranged.
The Malayan team will leave on November 12 by the Patroclus. Acceptances have not yet been re- ceived, but it is hoped that a very good side will be able to make the journey under the captaincy of N. J. A. Foster, of Negri Sem- bilan.
The party will probably num ber 15, and may include the fol lowing-
