AT HELENA MAY INSTITUTE.
Last evining a most successful dince. for service men was held under the auspices of the "Cheer O" Y,M,G,A. at the Helena May Institute.
As the informal dances held at Chater Road have proved so popular it was decided to arrange some thing on a larger scale, and the effort was crowned with success The hall was filled to capacity and a most enjoyable evening was spent by all.
The music, supplied by the dance band of the 'H.M.S. Danac, was much appreciated.
Many thanks are due to all those who helped to make the occasion such an outstanding success, and it is hoped that it will be possible to arrange further dances during the
winter.
