A. WELL-KNOWN SHANGHAI
LADY.
The death is announced of Mrs. Anna Skaale Dunn. wife of Dr. Thomas B. Dunn, which occurred in the Country Hospital, Shang- hai, following a serious opera- tion.
Mrs. Dunn, who, before her mar- riage in 1919 to Dr. Dunn, was Misa Anna Skaale of Berkeley, California, came to China from Manila with her husband in 1920. The attack of intestinal obstruc- tion, for which the operation was performed a few days ago, came on suddenly and Mrs. Dunn was removed to hospital.
Mrs. Dunn leaves, besides her husband, two small children, the youngest being eight months old and the other only three years old. She is survived, also, by her mother, three sisters and a mar ried brother, all residing in Berke ley, California.
