The Jealous Wife.
Dealing with the theory of suicide Mr. Jenkin said that the prisoner's wife had not been able to give him a son when he had reached the age of 50 and she sug gested that he should take a con cubine. The latter bore'a son and therefore there was rivalry in that, sense. The wife found her husband's affections slipping away from low, and complained that they had gone to the concubine. The wife must therefore have felt jealous. To cap it all she was Found out giving a ring to an- other man,
