MEXICAN BANDIT OURAGE. This is the first picture to reach the outside world of the wreckage of the Guadalajara-Mexico-City train in which 100 persons, half of them Federal Troops, are reported to have been killed. Derailed, the train was fired on, some passengers were shot as they attempted to escape, and others were locked in the coaches and the train set afire. All that remained, as shown here, were the metal parts of the cars. The motive for the outrage romains obscure. Since then, the Mexican Government has carried out a vigorous campaign against the outlaws,

KANSAS FLOOD HAVOC.-Here is what is left of a crack "Katy" passenger train after a joust with Kansas river flood waters near Parsons, Kus. The engine was submerged when the train ran into a washout, and the fireman and engineer were drown- ed. Several of the ton coaches were submerged and one, in which 15 persons were injured, was splintered as the train came to a sudden halt.
