PROBATE GRANTED.

ESTATE OF THE LATE 'MR. J. S. HUTCHESON,

A re-scaling of probate has beon granted in respect of the will of the late Mr. J. S. Hutcheson, Jate of the Naval Yard, Hongkong, to Mr. G. G. N. Tinson of Messrs. Johnson, Stokes and Master. Mr. Hutcheson died at sea off Gibral- ter on July 26th. last year, and left estate in the colony valued at $17,600.

Mr. Tinson is the lawful Attor- ney of the late Mr. Hutcheson's two sons, Mr. G, 8. Hutcheson and Mr. E. A. Hutcheson, both of GI lingham, Kent, who are the execu tors.

Mr. Hutcheson bequeathed £100 to each of his three sisters in Gil Hingham, and also £100 or $1,000, according to the rate of exchange, to the mother of his adopted daughter. He bequeathed $6,000 for £600 to be placed in trust part- ly on deposit account, and partly on current account to his adopted daughter until she attains the age of 21. The residue of 'his estata he leaves to his sons In' equal shares, the trust fund for the adopted daughter also to revert to them if she dies before reaching the age of 21......
