MATTERS DISCUSSED AT ANNUAL MEETING,
At the third ordinary annupt general meeting of the Kowloon Golf Club, which was held at the Kowloon Y.M.C.A. last evening. the chairman, Mr. E. Cock, referred to the improvement that had been made with regard to the club faci- litics, and said as soon as "ossible they hoped to dispense with the cross channels, when they had put a new drainage scheme into ope ration. The chairman was sup- ported-by-Mr.-I. B. Trevor, Mr. A. W. Roberts, Mr. V. C. Labrum Mr. B. W. Alltree, and Mr. J. Di Thomson. A large number of members attended.
The chairman in proposing the adoption of the raport and ac counts said he was pleased to note that during his absence improve ments had been made to the club and everything that pertained to its success. He referred to the extensions to the club house build- ing, the building of a caddy shelter, and a telephone. He expressed the opinion that the work had been admirably carried out, and reflect ed great credit on all concerned.

Courteous Assistance.
The military authorities had been most considerate, particularly the two Hongkong regiments, the K.O.S.BS. and the Punjabis in notifying them of firing practice. They had also received courteous assistance and co-operation from officials and private individuals.
