A delayed message from Hun- kow dated March 10, says that workers of the British Cigarette Company which closed down ita factories on July 9 owing to the unreasonable attitude of the Union leadery and generally--unsettled. conditions, are threatening to take over, centrol of the establishment unless the management reopens.
