DIVISION.

The Indian Recreation Club have won the second division championship. They opposed Civil Service C. G. 2nd XI on Saturday and required either a win' or a draw to make their post- tlon safe.

An evenly contested match resulted in both sides claiming`a point thus giving the India seconds the championship. This is the second occasion on which they have headed the second divi- gol

The only other League match was between the Chinese R. C. and the University. The Chinese were cheaply dismissed, and the visitora won by close upon two hundred run

In a friendly match between the Hongkong C. C. and the Kowloon C. C., Hongkong gained a fairly easy victory.

Chinesg R. C. Univeralty. The Chinese R. C. were at home to the University, but put up a very pour show and lost another match, Batting first, they were only able to compile 73 runs, Ching being the highest scorer with 25.
