Colonel R. B. Osborne. Colonel K.B. Osborne, Military Secretary to the Governor-General of Canada, who had been seriously ill with double pneumonia, has died at Ottawn.

Colonel Richard Bourke Osborne was born in 1880, the son of Captain John Wardo Osborne, C.B.B., R.N. He was oducated at Cheltenham Straits Settlements Civil Service College and Oxford, and was in the
