General Li Pao-shang, the Shang- hai Defence Commissioner, bas Issued a proclamation that the Wogsung entrance to the Whang- poo river will be closed to all shipping at six in the evening to six in the morning in order to pre- vent an attack from the sea by the Nationalists. The Consular Body has protested to the Commissioner. and an amicable arrangement is expected to be made.-Router.
