The acting Puisno Judge (Mr. J. H. B. Nihill) heard, a caso in the Sum- mary Court yesterday afternoon in which the Texas Company of Queen's Buildings sued Mr. A. J. Lane, civil engineer and architect for $145.50 for "work done and materials supplied to a house at No. 4 Liberty Avenue, Homuntin
