The wedding of Dr. Phoon Seck, wah, son of Mr. and Mrs. Phoon Sye-leong, and Miss Chan Suan- lan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Char Harr, took place at St. John's Cathedral yesterday afternoon, the Rev. Lee Kuu-yan and Rev. H. Copley Moyle öeinting. Mr. F. Mason was at the organ.

Commander Henry I. M. L. Scott was appointed in August 1925 to the destroyer Telemachus, which had been attached to the Atlantic Fleet for instructional duties at the Port Edgar Base minelaying. Last September he and his upper deck officers were transferred to the flotilla leader Abdiel, and the Tele- machus was paid off into dockyard control at Sheerness. A forther change is now to be made, as the destroyer Tyrian, which has been I attached to the Portsmouth division of the Reserve Fleet since leaving the Atlantic Fleet, is to relieve the Abdiel ng minelaying vessel.
