BRITISH POLICY TOWARD CHINA.
London, Feb, 8. In an historic state coach drawn by eight horses ridden by posti loss in state uniform, the King and Queen drove this morning from Buckingham Palaco to the House of Lords whore the King opened the now session of Parlia- ment.
