Annual Dinner.

The Sixth Annual Dinner of the Asavciation followed by a concert washed on, the 13th of March, 1026. There was an attendance of 251 members and their guests.

The subscriptions to defray the eost of the entertainment amounted totalled $1,694.76, showing a deficit to $1,500.00 and the expenditure of $19476, which appears in the General Account.

In view of the poor attendance at the Annual Cricket and Foot- ball Matches in the past, it was decidert to circularize the members to attend the College Annual Sports Meeting at which events for old boys were provided and all the pupils were invited to partake of refreshments at the expense of the Association. The General Com mittee recommends this phase of the Association's activities for the favourable consideration of the in- coming General Committee.
