Three of the four remaining defondants in the Sunning case were yesterday committed to take their trial at the Criminal Sessions. The remaining defend- ant was giving evidence when the Court rose at 5.45 yesterday.

The Magistracy proceedings in connection with the piracy will conclude to-day,
