The fatal accident which occurred in Nathan Road, last Monday wook, when an elderly Chinees woman was knocked down by a motor lorry belonging to the Bani- tary Department, was again reculled at the Kowloon Magistracy yestor day afternoon when the driver op- peared on remand before Mr. JH.B. Nibill on a charge of maglaughter.
