INTERESTING PROPOSAL FOR

HONGKONG..

An Interesting proposal to extend the Flying Squad which is at pre-' sout a part of the Colony's police organisation to motoring members' of the general public was outlined by the Hon. Mr. E. D. C. Wolfe, Captain Superintendent of Police when he addressed prospective members of the Squad 'nt-Police Headquarters yesterday evening.

It is well known that there to a Flying Squad of police officers

have, motor cycles and much use- ful work is done by this section of the force. The present proposal a that any member of the motor ing public who possessos a motor cycle should be allowed to join the Squad, he being sworn in as a special constable in order to have the necessary powers.
