A very pretty and interosting Chinese wedding was solemnised yesterday at St. John's Cathedral, the parties being Miss Alice Bornico Li, second daughter of Mrs. And the late Mr. Li Fo of Houng shan, and Mr. Chow Cheng-low, B.A., only son of Mr. and Mrs. Chow Yoo On of Taiping, Porak, F.M.S. Miss Li comes of a well known Heungshan family, origin ally of the North, which founded its home in the southern district nineteen generations ago.

The filmy "boll. shaped sleeves of silver net were caught at the wrists with orange blossoms. The veil was of em- broidered tulle held in place by a pearl coronet, while from the shoulders, hung a long satin train, edged with silver lace and orange blossoms.
