The procession was headed by the Youth Groupe of the Guild of Girl Citizens, the Young Liborni Fedoration, and the Guild of the Citizens of To-morrow, suggestive of the fact that the Veterans of the Movement, who came later in the procession, had passed on the torch to the younger generation. Their banner of deep gold with the words "Votes for the Women Left Out," was carried against the strong notherly breeze with some difficulty.

THE MYSTIC MAZE
By WALTER B. GIBSON
The above is the first of a series of the Mystic Maze Puzzle, which will appear every Saturday in the Telegraph, and which should prove entertaining to readers.
A picture is concealed in the twistings and turnings of this mystic maza.MATHERANAN WALI GARA
Take a pongit and try to find your way through. If you discover the proper path, it will lead you on a long course through the maze, and will finally bring you back whore you started. The correct path is open all the way through; you, will not have to retrace your moves until you finally come back to the starting point,
*** When you have traced the correct course through the maze, the line that you have drawn will form the outline of a pleture, Fill in the outline with your poncil, and you will have a perfect silhouette of the hidden ploture, bu

Lady Rhondda, from the Six- Point Group platform, pointed out that many women between the age of twenty-one and thirty were wage-earners and should have a vote, and drew attention to the wage earning women over thirty who were lodgers but possessed no furniture, and therefore had no vote.
Nurses Without Votes,
Mrs. Corbett Ashby, from the platform of the Women's National Liberal Federation, reminded hor, audience of the thousands of nurses in the country who had no vote. Mra. Despard who pass ed her eighty-second birthday on: Friday Inst. had come specially from Ireland to attend the demon- stration, and had walked all the way from the Embankment. She gave a short speech under the ban- nor of the Women's Freedom League.
Lord Balfour of Burleigh, in supporting the resolutions, put and carried at every plat form, demanding an imme- diate Government measure giving votes to women at 21, on the same terms as men, and demanding for Peeresses in their own rights a seat, voice, and vote in the House of Lords, sald the vote given to women at 30. was anomalous and ridiculous.
