An extraordinary meeting of the Hongkong Development Building and Savings Society, Ltd. has been convened for 3 pm, on July 21, at the City Hall, to propose the volun dary winding-up of the company with Mr. J. Hennessey Seth and Mr. S. H. Rosa, as liquidators.

Should the resolution be passed, a further meeting will be held on July 28, at the same time and place, to confirm the resolution.
