A company in which the father and son were the only share- holders made application, through Mr. H. Somerset Fitzroy, in the Supreme Court this morning, for leave to file return of allotments late.

The situation was curious to the extent that, according to Mr. Fitzroy's statement, the company: took over the name of another com- pany, the Hin Fat Company, and is consideration of the goodwill ten shares were allotted to the old firmu.
