One Inspec tor has been on duty at the Dogs Home daily from 9 a.m. till 1 p.m. and from 2.10 p.m. till 4.30pm. with the exception of Sundays and public holidays!

Rome," May 18.-Captain Um- berto, Nobile, the designer, con- structor and the commander of the Norge which was used for Captain Roald Amundsen's suc. éessful trans-polar flight, will sail directly from San Francisco to Tokyo in order to supervise the construction of the N-3, which the Japanese Navy purchased from Italy recently. Although the Sation is preparing for à grand reception for the returning hero, Captain Nobile intends to fulûll, his contracts first. The contract calls for the delivery of the air- ship in Angust. The airship is being shipped by boat to Tokyo where it will be assembled.. Before returning to Italy, Captain Nobile will be called upon to pilot the airship on its test flight.
The giant semi-rigid airship the Navy purchased is the third of the Italian airship built at the State Airship Factory at Rome, desijn- ed and constructed under the direct supervision of Captain Ing. Umberto Nobile for whom the air vessel is named after. NS- standa for Nobile No. 3. The first one was constructed in 1923. Norge was the second.
