DAIRY FARM MILK
A GUARANTEE
Our fresh milk is guarantes1 Tho Purest in the Far East. It is also unsurpassed in Richness. If the
• milk, of some of the nativa daities shows a heavier cream ling than ours, do not imagine that it is richer... It is certainly not purer. Every ounce of milk produced at our Farms is thoroughly filtered and clarified before being bottled. These processes plus the process of, refrigeration which immediately follows, have a docidad ton. dency to disturb the normal condition of the fat globules, which consequently prevents a great number of there globules from rising to the surface hence a thinner cream line than in milk which has not gone through a cleansing process. The cream is there all the same, but a largo portion of it remains in the body of milk. Clarification is now the recognised method by which milk can be thoroughly cleansed and freed of all. impurities. All the world's leading dairies clarify for Purity.
Those who realise how important Clean, Pure, Rich" Milk is to Health should use DAIRY FARM MILK ONLY.
