The final piece of land was sold to Mr. Worg Fun for $5,000, after an initial bid of $4,500 was made. Lot No. 4 comprises only one house, No. 11, Ki Lung Street, and is re- gistered ne Section A of New Kow- loon Inland Lot No. 139, with an area of about 888 aquare feet:
