The new Yangiszepoo grandstand has several unusual features, the chief being that it is raised considerably above. the course and has a balcony from which noople standing can see the races. It is built to hold 50,000 people, and commands. the whale course. The surroundings of the course are parti culary good, though at present the approaches have not been
