ESCAPED PRISONER.

NOT FOUND: YET.

Although searches have begr made for the prisoner, who mate his escape from the Kowloon Magistracy on Tuesday morning the police have been unable to find any traces of the man.

The Indian constable, who was in charge of the prisoner, has been punished departmentally.

At the Marine Court this morn ing the master of a launch was fined $20 on charges of being un- der way without having on board a certifionted Coxswain and a breach of the license regulations,
