UNITED STATES, ANO MEXICO.

Mr. William Green, President of the American Federation of Labour, has informed Mr. Kellogg, that he is apprehensive lest Mr. Kellogg's recent statement of the attitude of the United .States toward Mexico should encourage the Mexican revolutionaries. Mr. Green states that he issued a warning that American. Labour would not support the policy of dollar diplomacy and it was unthinkable that the Government would contribute to a situation which might lead to military intervention.
