Washington, June 14 A slight stir in the Americo- Mexican dovecot has been created. by the recent statement of Mr. Kellog that Washington will sup port Mexico only so long as the lattor protosts American lives and rights and complies with its intor national obligatione.
President Callos, through the Embassy, replied to-day charac torising this passage in Mr. Kel- log's speach as an insult, adoing that Mexico will not tolerate a foreign country intervening in her domestic affairs.
