Mr. Goldborg has decided to bold B World Hair Fair in Chicago next summer. This fair will be the first of its kind, and Mr. Goldberg says that not only will it toach women how to dress their hair, but it will also help in the war against baldness.

Faced with the question of whether he was definitely for or against bobbed hair, he said that he could not make up his mind. "If long hair comes back, women will not lose so many pins," he said, "I am over here to try to settle the whole question in my own mind."
