MEMORIAL TO BISHOP POZZONI.

LOCAL COMMITTEE'S

MEETINGS,

The current issue of the Rook announces that the following suggestions have come before the committee which is considering the form of the memorial to tho late Bishop Pozzoni :-

be

1. To put up stained glass- windows, suitably inscribed, in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, and, if funds available,

the to boautify Cathedral in any other form that may bo conaldored expodiont, with the approval of the Pro Vlear Apostolic and his clorgy.

2. To orect a Commemorative Tablot in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.

3. To found Burses for the sup- port of Catechists and/or the education and maintenance of seminarists, auch burnos to bo named after the late Bishop.

4. To renovate the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.

5. To orect a Tablet over the grave of the late Bishop Pozzoni

in the chapel in St. Michael's Cometory.
